Beauty Inside and Out

Beauty is not only on the outside but on the inside too.

I have been dealing with my weight since around 25 years old.

I did great when I first got my weight loss surgery and

I have mentioned to you guys that since surgery

(more within the past 3 years) I gained 30lbs back.

I have been back and forth at the gyms or exercising at home.

This month though (since I started feeling better).

I have been back at it and focused.

I am going to be turning 43 in July and I feel like I look

a lot older than that, especially with my eyes.

If you blow the picture of me up, you can really see

the bags under my eyes and how my eyelashes are growing down

(doc can’t figure that one out). I am working on a

new beauty regiment starting tonight, of course it does

include honey on the face

(we know how much I love to use that stuff).

I am going to take a pic of me on day 5, 10, 15, 20,

25 & 30 and see if everything I have used has made a difference.

If I feel it does, on day 30 I will post everything

I have used on my face since day 1.  You may

think in your head it’s going to be a lot but it’s not.

Now you are probably asking yourself why did I title this

Beauty Inside and Out if I have only been talking about the outside?

Well I haven’t been living up to what I want to do for myself

and things that I have posted about. For example,

I haven’t been taking some medication that I should be

taking every day and I haven’t been taking my vitamins at all.

I am going to be starting to take everything I need to

keep myself healthy on the inside and healthy on the outside

tonight and staying on track with that.

I posted in my last post tonight that I have quit smoking again.

As of 3am it will be 5 days, not anything special but I think

I might actually have it this time, I haven’t really had

any cravings at all!!!

I also bought a journal, yes from time to time I get personal

on the blog, this is just for me though. I want to start

really documenting my feelings and what I did each day,

that way if I am having a bad day or an off day

I can look back and try something to get me back on track.

I also wanna find a new hobby, I really want to start doing a

new 5k every month and maybe work my way up to a 10k.

I am trying different classes at the gym and really wanting

to work on being there 4 days a week and my eating

habits as well.

All of the things I have talked about in my post tonight make

up your beauty on the inside and out and a healthy way of living.

Updates to come soon...

Sooo cute!!!      Materials: choice of clear glass vases choice of candles epsom salt round peppermint candies   Instructions: Clean your glass vases and let dry. Pour a layer of epsom salt in the bottom of the vase about half way to the top. Place a layer of round peppermint candies stopping about an inch from the top.
