Long Time no Posts

1/27/2021

Dear Diary,

Well we are finally out of 2020, can’t say the start to 2021 has been great but at least we are here! So the holidays were so busy, it wasn’t even just the holiday, it was the whole month of the holidays. November - January were just crazy! Either I was running around like a chicken with it’s head cut off or something was wrong.

I went from a twisted wrist, to a sprained ankle, to vertigo for 2 weeks. Luckily the vertigo didn’t start until after New Years Eve. Since the vertigo though I have been totally on track at the gym and trying new things and I have quit smoking (trying to tackle that again).

I apologize to my readers that I have not been on really since November. However February is right around the corner and I will be coming back. Some things may change in the blog though, unsure of how exactly I want to run it and I am also thinking of opening it up to men.

If there are things you really want to focus on in this new year and you would like my help (meaning blogging about workouts, recipes etc) please just comment on my posts and I will do whatever I can to help you.

I hope everyone has had a great start to their new year….
