DIY Linen Freshener & Ant Repellent Spray

I have made posts about DIY fresheners before but this

is now my new favorite because it’s a 3 in 1 spray!

We live in a camper and I have been having problems with ants.

So I’ve done research. The first thing I have seen in a lot of RV

blog sites is to use Lavender dryer sheets, place in your

cabinets etc. well that hasn’t been working. So I started

searching for repellents using essential oils

and I found one that works.

They say citrus and clove are great for deterring ants.

The picture above is what I found at Walmart, it was nice

not having to buy so many different scents, they are already

mixed together for you. I will say it smells amazing too.

I sprayed everything in my camper down because it’s not just

an ant repellent, it's an air freshener fabric freshener recipe

so you can spray it wherever you like.

Best part, it’s cheap and easy to make.

What you’ll need:

8oz glass bottle

4oz water (distilled or purified, not tap)

2oz rubbing alcohol or vodka

60 drops of the essential oil shown above

(found at Walmart)

Directions:

Pour your drops of the essential oil in the spray bottle.

Use a small funnel and add the rest of the ingredients.

Make sure you shake well before spraying.
