Need something refreshing to eat to go along with
the refreshing drinks I have posted today? You could do this
for breakfast, snack or lunch.
This recipe makes 1 sandwich.
What you'll need:
1/2 an avocado; peeled, pitted and mashed
1tsp garlic salt
1 slice ciabatta bread
3 slices tomato
1 pinch of black pepper
Create:
Mix avocado, garlic salt and pepper together.
Spread on your bread and layer your tomatoes.
