Take Care of those Cracked Heels

I suffer from cracked heels, I have done a lot of different stuff to try and help them including getting pedicures. In between them though I found an easy inexpensive way to take care of them that really works! You are going to need a few things: 2 bananas vasaline pumice stone Mash the 2 bananas until they form a smooth paste. Apply on your feet focusing on your heels but doing your whole foot. Leave it on for 15 minutes. After that use the pumice stone. Before bed layer on some vasaline and put socks on. If you do this 3 times a week your feet should be silky smooth!

This is a great challenge for someone who is just beginning to workout or something to add to your current workout program. If it is too easy for you, you can always add more miles!
