Ginger Infused Honey

I have talked about all the wonderful benefits of honey.
I have also talked about the benefits of ginger.
Now why not combine them?

I was buying ginger infused honey from my favorite
beekeeper back in Ohio but the price of shipping
just isn't worth it.
So I decided to google how to make my own.

This is going to be the easiest thing you have ever made!

Buying local honey (not store honey) local honey will
also help you with allergies in your area!
That is why you should always buy local.

Now buy a ginger root, peel the ginger like you would a carrot.
Place the ginger root in the jar of honey.
Place your honey in any of your cupboards for 4-6
weeks and then take the ginger root out.

You now have ginger honey, told you it was simple.

Normally this would be a DIY post but because it
has health benefits I figured it would work
well for the health tips page.

Use hands to smooth the cloth into the facial features. Don't brush down the neck, stop at chin level so the fabric is loose below that. Repeat until you have 4 layers each being 7 feet long of cheesecloth...

DIY Lego Pen Holder

Your child can pimp this pen holder out however they want there are so many different lego's out there, you could do the cottage, star wars....really the possibility is endless. The simple directions are below and then you can embellish them however you want. You need a clear door piece, a small base plate and enough bricks to build the size pen holder you want. ***You do want to add a thin layer of bricks behind the photo so it doesn't fall out*** For the photo just trim it up to fit in the door piece. This is seriously the easiest cutest gift they could make for a present for Christmas, birthday's, mother's day, father's day or just to say I love you one day.
