Life Update

I haven’t done a diary post in a while.
I first want to apologize that I really haven’t been around in July,
talk about a wild ride.
Let me first start by updating from my last personal post.
Bio mom and I have been talking every day.
We even have talked on the phone.
I have good hopes on how the relationship is going.
The rest of my bio family...well I don’t know where that is heading.
That seems to be the new roller coaster as far as that is concerned.

The month started off in a great direction, the hubs and I
celebrated our 22nd anniversary this month.
We haven’t done anything really special since our first anniversary
so we went to Ocean City, MD. We just spent 2 days
there but it was perfect, just the time alone to relax
and enjoy each other's company.
I even got to see dolphins!

We were home one day and our friend had been
planning on moving from Ohio to here.
She realized she couldn’t afford the u haul so she asked
if we could help. Hubs and I have a big heart so of
course we helped. So after one day of being home
the next day we were right back on the road.
Side note I got to see 2 extremely good friends
and my eldest son. So that was great….however we came
home Sunday and she made it here Monday.
By Monday night she was talking about how she
wished she had never moved. By Tuesday she was
on her way back to Ohio. I won’t go into how
much money it cost us but we haven’t even
been offered any compensation!

With all the driving we had done we were both exhausted
and my house took a hit too.
So I tried to catch up on some sleep, housework
and dealt with major depression and anxiety!
I mentioned how I saw my son while I was in Ohio,
he informed me then that him and his girlfriend
were probably pregnant. I couldn’t have been more excited!

It has been confirmed that she is pregnant and
she is due in Feb. I am trying to convince them to move to VA,
not just to be close to my grandchild but to get them out
of the town we came from. They will have so many more
options out here! So with all that going on
I have needed a lot of down time and finally am
ready to start handling life again!

I appreciate everyone being so understanding
with the lack of blog posts this month!
Well there you have it, you are caught up now...lol
