Roasted Turkey with Lemon, Parsley and Garlic

  So today marks the last day of Gordon Ramsay's recipes, then we are moving on to 2 of my other favorite chefs. I thought this would be a great one with Thanksgiving right around the corner and maybe not have such a boring turkey (even though we smoke ours) lol This recipe is a Roasted Turkey with Lemon, Parsley and Garlic and it serves 8-10. Cyriopagopus lividus

Meet Beauty she is one of our newer tarantulas in our collection or should I say Cory’s. The cobalt blue tarantula or Cyriopagopus lividus is a species of tarantula which is in the family Theraphosidae which is native to Myanmar and over the border into Thailand . It was originally described as Haplopelma lividum . The cobalt blue tarantula is a medium-sized tarantula with a leg span around 13  cm (5 in). It is noted for its iridescent blue legs and light gray prosoma and opisthosoma , the latter of which may contain darker gray chevrons.Males and females look the same until the ultimate (final) molt of the males. At this point, the male exhibits sexual dimorphism in the form of a light tan or bronze coloration and legginess.   You guys know I love natural items, especially for my body. I like doing the research and blogging about it. I am for sure making this. My eyebrows are thinning and not shaping well. I love, love this recipe and it's only 5 ingredients!!!! WHY I LOVE THIS DIY It gives a light, natural tint to eyebrow hairs thanks to cocoa and (for darker hair) activated charcoal. It keeps eyebrow hairs in place all day. It nourishes the hair follicles and promotes hair growth. Goodbye Blogger

Over 12 years ago I started blogging. At first it was just traditional blogging of life etc. then it turned into extreme couponing which I did wonderfully at. Now I totally want to go into a new direction while still keeping some of what I normally post. Blogger has been giving me some issues lately and sadly I think someone has gotten into my blog because most of my viewers are overseas and I have a lot of odd comments on blog posts. Today’s blog posts will be the last ones done on blogger and I am switching to Weebly. Years ago I used another blog site but I tried that one and they changed it and it is not user friendly. Honestly the most user friendly is Blogger. I have also changed the name of the blog to Nana's Little Blog. I have already updated the Facebook group to the new name. Starting Tuesday you will see a whole new website and hopefully new content. Apple Ginger Fizz for Fall

  The kids deserve a special drink for the fall besides apple cider. This is a great fall mocktail with a beautiful flavor combination. Not just for the kiddos. This makes 1 drink What  you'll need: 3 oz still apple cider 1 oz freshly squeezed lime juice 6 mint leaves 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar Pinch powdered cinnamon 3 oz ginger ale Create: Place apple cider, lime juice, cinnamon, apple cider vinegar and a few ice cubes into a cocktail shaker. If you don't have a shaker, anything with a tight lid will work, such as a mason jar or drink bottle. Clap the mint together in your hands to release the scent, and add to the shaker. Shake for about 20-30 seconds until ingredients are combined. Pour into an ice filled glass and top with ginger ale. Stir gently, garnish with mint, dried citrus or a cinnamon stick, and serve.

Autumn Oak Leaf Cocktail

  It is the season of falling leaves, cooler weather, pumpkin spice everything and caramel apples, so why not make an autumn oak leaf cocktail. Recipe from Gordon Ramsay himself. Unfortunately Gordon doesn't do a lot of his recipes in oz so google is your best friend. This recipe makes 1 drink. What you'll need: 40 ml Tanqueray gin 20ml thyme-infused Cointreau 20ml saffron-infused Lillet Blanc 15ml honey truffle syrup 20 fresh lemon juice 15ml egg white 2 drops of Angostura A spray of rosemary-infused Yellow Chartreuse Create: Shake all the ingredients in a shaker for approximately 1 minute Add ice and shake for 30 seconds to cool down drink Double strain into a coupette glass Garnish with saffron.
