I could eat this anytime of the year but it's great
for Christmas time. I am even going to tell you what to
do to make a virgin pie in case your kids get jealous!
What you'll need:
Chocolate graham cracker pie crust
7oz marshmallow creme
8oz cool whip
1/4c creme de menthe (or for virgin; 1/c milk,
1/4 tsp peppermint extract)
6-7 chocolate mint cookies; grasshopper or thin mints
are recommended, you could also use 12 andes mints
Create:
Mix together all ingredients except the cookies, mix well and
add to your pie crust. Crumble your cookies or andes mints
as well as you can and sprinkle over the top of the pie.
Place pie in the fridge for at least 3 hours and then serve.
