December..we've made it through Thanksgiving but
we still have Christmas and New Years Eve. A lot of people
spend the holidays alone, a lot of people worry about gaining
too much weight during the holidays and a lot of people
could be going through seasonal depression on top of
whatever else they may be going through.
So I am going to do a wellness check in on everybody
one day of each week. Feel free to vent, tell a story,
give motivation to others; whatever may be on your mind.
~Start by doing what's necessary, then do what's possible;
and suddenly you are doing the impossible~
