So I have done the Dr. Pepper roast but I haven't
done this recipe yet. Has anyone ever made a recipe
similar to this one? If so, you'll have to tell me if it's good.
This recipe serves 8.
What you'll need:
Crockpot
1 3 1/2lb boneless pork shoulder (you can use a loin)
1 can of Coca~Cola
3/4c Coca~Cola
3/4c ketchup
2T vinegar
2T worcestershire sauce
1T minced onion flakes
1/2tsp chili powder
1/2tsp salt
How to create:
Put your pork into your crockpot and pour the can
of coke over the pork. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours.
When the pork is almost done combine all the other
ingredients into a saucepan. Stir well and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes stirring occasionally.
Shred your pork and mix it with your bbq sauce.
Serve with your favorite sides.
