Back to School Healthy Lunches Part 1


I don't know where the summer went, it just flew by!

Some kids are already back to school. Ours here in VA are

getting ready to head back. I am going to be posting some

great meal prep lunch box ideas that are healthy for

the kiddos over the next few days.


This one is an easy one to do....


Cherry tomatoes, fruit, hummus, pita chips or torn pita bread,

dark chocolate and turkey & cheese roll ups. 


Great sources of energy and protein!!
