About This Blog and Myself

Hi! Welcome to my blog I'm glad you are here!

I started blogging many years ago. First it was a blog all

about mental health.

You may be asking why that topic? I was diagnosed with ADHD as a young kid.

I was then diagnosed with Bipolar Disorder when I was 15 so mental health

is very important to me.

I then created a blog all about extreme couponing. That blog was actually “work”. Now you are probably questioning why I said work?

Well because it was actually a job. I had 4,000+ followers and with that you

are actually able to get paid to blog. I enjoyed it very much but with kids and

work I just couldn't keep up. That fueled my love for blogging though hence this blog.

I created this blog for 2 reasons..... 1 my mental health, I really love to blog and

it is a good hobby for me! I don't know how many people actually read my blog post

and how many actually try anything that I blog but it doesn't matter to me because

I enjoy doing it so much!

  1. To help people, weather it be finding you a recipe for your next dinner,,

helping you live a healthier life, saving you money or helping

you in any small way I can.

When I first created My Eeny Weeny Blog I had just had gastric sleeve surgery.

The pictures above were of myself at my heaviest and myself at the

gym right after surgery. I never struggled with weight in my life

until my adult years. I can't even give you main reasons for my weight

gain other than eating more than I should and unhealthy foods.

That is another reason I started this blog. I originally wanted to post about

my journey and help others become healthier. Mind you this blog has grown since

then and changed a bit but I still want to help you become healthier.

The pictures below are of myself at my lowest after weight loss surgery.

Since that picture and my surgery (I am 6 years post op) I have gained 33lbs.

I have never loved the gym and I am trying to get my life back on track because

I do want to lose that 33lbs and maybe a bit more if I stay dedicated enough.

I have found a way to enjoy the gym a bit by doing some classes, workouts in the pool.

I want to incorporate more into my workout and have a lot of goals.

Will update this page from time to time.

I hope you enjoy this blog and get something out of it no matter how small or big.

Please comment and feel free to ask any questions. I have updated the “about me”

section as well.

Thanks for being here,

Susan

DIY Cheesecloth Ghosts

I absolutely love these! I love decorating for Halloween, I have to say it is my favorite holiday. I don't think you can have enough decorations up! So when I found this DIY project I just had to share!   DIY Cheesecloth Ghosts     You can find styrofoam mannequin heads at wig shots. They normally can stand on their necks but for this project you need to suspend them to let the cloth flow freely. Materials: Cheesecloth Styrofoam mannequin heads Sponge brush Watered-down glue or fabric stiffener Screw eyes Monofilament Removable adhesive hooks (like command brand or painters tape).     Steps: Apply a layer of cheesecloth to the head, then generously brush over head and face with glue. Use hands to smooth the cloth into the facial features. Don't brush down the neck, stop at chin level so the fabric is loose below that. Repeat until you have 4 layers each being 7 feet long of cheesecloth...
