So I have tried to find a perfect meditation app and
I can't find one that doesn't cost money. I have tried
using my sleep app for noises in the background and
that disrupts me.
I have found sitting outside for 10 minutes just focusing
on the sounds of nature helps me relax. So what I do,
I don't sit with my legs crossed or feet together,
I don't have a yoga mat, I don't even shut my eyes!
I literally sit in a chair and block out thoughts and just
listen to nature. I then every night before bed take
60 seconds to focus on my breathing.
Now if you can fit in 3 times a day just listening to nature,
this could help relax you. Are you willing to try it?
