This week's recipes are all about different sides for
your Thanksgiving meal. Some years I don’t feel like
doing the traditional sides but yet want to try and
keep it simple and tasty. This is one of my family’s favorites.
What you’ll need:
~Potatoes (I normally make 2 per person)
peeled and cooked
~8oz cream cheese
~8oz onion chip dip
~Garlic powder to taste
~Pepper to taste
Create:
Boil your potatoes until soft, mash your potatoes
(however you normally do), I use a mixer. Add the cream
cheese and chip dip and blend until smooth. Add your seasoning
and mix again. You do not add milk or butter
unless you absolutely need to.
