What you'll need:

pool noodles

battery tea light candles

super glue

black spray paint

white candle

Cut pool noodles to different lengths. Spray them with the black spray paint. While those are drying spray paint your battery tea light candles and let dry as well.

Once everything is dry, attach the pool noodles together with super glue. Take a white candle and light it, drip some wax around the pool noodles as though it has been burning. Place your battery operated tea light candles on top and set out for display.
