This is a super cute idea to do with the younger kiddos. I love the idea of incorporating your child's feet to the bat. You can hang this up for decoration and even make a new one each year to show how big your child is getting.
All you need is:
paper plates
black tissue paper
googly eyes
black craft paint
glue
Create:
Depending on your child's age let them do most of the work.
First start off by taking 2 paper plates and dipping your child's foot in paint. Place a foot in the middle of a plate and dry, repeat for the other foot.
Take your paper plate and tear up some tissue paper, let them place and glue around the plate. You will need to help them place around to make a mouth.
Next, glue your googly eyes on.
Take another paper plate and cut out 2 triangles for the ears. Apply some black paint to the ears.
Once all painted objects are dry attach the ears on the top and the footprints on each side to represent wings.
Easy, cheap and super cute!!
