We all say we want to work out, we all come up with excuses from time to time, I know I do. Now a days there is no reason for excuses, there are so many YouTube Channels, apps, video subscriptions and yes the traditional gym.

I had recently started back to the gym, I don't normally stress out about germs so much but my 72 year old dad lives with us so I am not going anywhere I don't have too.
