I
am not 100% sure yet but my last test results for RA were high so my
ortho dr is sending me to a specialist. It would definitly explain a
lot and I have started looking at different ways to exercise so I am
not hurting as bad as I use too. Below are 2 autoimmune disorders and
good ways of exercising with them.
- For Rheumatoid Arthritis, try yoga, light intensity cardio workout like the arc trainer or the elliptical, work the afflicted joints with low weights or special stretches lastly a high intensity workout on the bike, aerobics or water exercises.
- For Multiple Sclerosis try Tai Chi, strength and endurance training with low weights and intense exercise workouts (cardio) just like anyone else would do cardio.
