Cize


I can't always and don't always want to go to the gym so I look for anything I can do at home or in my neighborhood to help me lose weight. I absolutley love to dance and I have always wanted this workout video called Cize. When it first came out it was $60 I know some places it's still that high but I have been able to find it on eBay for $9.99 and other various prices.

If you love to dance, wanna lose weight and want to do it from home, I have heard great stories about Cize. Checkout this youtube video and then go order it from ebay!

DIY Candy Corn Sugar Scrub

  Okay, okay last day of fall sugar scrubs for now. This recipe makes about 1 1/2c What you need: 1 1/2c sugar 1/2c coconut oil 1tsp vanilla extract 4 drops vitamin e oil orange food gel yellow food gel small mason jars Create: Add the sugar, vanilla, vitamin e and coconut oil in a bowl and mix with a mixer. Divide the mixture evenly into 3 small bowls. Set aside one bowl (this will be for the white section of the candy corn). Chicken & Dumplings

This recipe is a Cracker Barrel Copycat. There is nothing more comforting (as far as comfort food goes) as chicken and dumplings, or at least that's the way I feel. Ready for the recipe? What you are going to need: 2c flour 1/2tsp baking powder 1 pinch of salt 2T butter 1c buttermilk 2 quarts chicken broth 3c cooked chicken Step 1: Start by boiling the chicken. Once the chicken is cooked, shred them into smaller pieces. Set aside and make the dumplings. Heat the 2 quarts of chicken broth In a medium bowl combine the flour, baking powder and salt.
