Can't
make It to the gym? Need a cheap way to exercise without buying
weights? Want a great way to stretch muscles? If you answered yes to
any of these questions you need resistance bands.
If
you go to physical therapy most of the time they give you exercises
to do with resistance bands, so why not do these routines at home?
You can even do them at home if you did workout at the gym as an
additional workout or just a good stretch.
There
are a ton of different moves you can use, different bands you can
get. I got a 3 pack from Walmart, nothing fancy but it gets the job
done.
