This
is great for breakfast or for an after workout meal!
Ingredients:
1/2c
almond milk
1/2c
greek yogurt
1
scoop vanilla protein powder
3*5
frozen strawberries
Instructions:
Place
all ingredients in the blender, if it is not thick enough for you try
adding a few ice cubes and mixing again. I will also from time to
time add a teaspoon of honey or ¼ cup oatmeal. You don't have to do
the last two options.
Without
the honey and oatmeal it is 304 calories and the protein will depend
on what brand you use.
