Protein Pancakes


Protein Pancakes Yields 6-9

Ingredients:

1c oats
1 banana
2 eggs
1-2c egg whites
4t baking powder
a pinch of salt
a pinch of cinnamon
1-2 scoops protein powder
2T flax meal

Directions:

Run everything through a blender until mixed well.

Using a nonstick griddle add batter in small circles about 1-4c per pancake. Cook about 2-3 minutes on each side.

Top with anything you like
