There
are so many vitamins and supplements out there that it can be
overwhelming. Some of these can actually have side effects with
prescription medication as well, so you need to check what you may
think about starting with the medications you are already on.
I
am going to list the vitamins/supplements I take and why.
Calcium
+ Vitamin D = I don't drink milk, plus my vitamin D is low, so it's
good for your bones and joints.
CoQ10
= heart health, blood sugar, help reduce muscle fatigue and more.
Magnesium
= I take it because it helps with muscle and nerve function and to
help with my blood pressure.
Omega
3= heart health
Turmeric
= joint health
Lastly
Valerian Root = To help me sleep
