I love the kettlebell just about as much as I love the medicine ball! There are so many great things you can do with a kettlebell, best part is if you can't leave your house you can do these at home. You can normally find a kettlebell at Walmart, Target, Meijer and any sporting goods store! These are beginner workouts, you can always advance up! The exercises below, work more than just your arms, your working your legs, back and more!
Kettlebell Deadlift
3 sets of 10 reps
Kettlebell Swing
3 sets of 10 reps
Kettlebell Squat Thruster
3 sets of 10 reps
Kettlebell One Arm High Pull
3 sets of 10 reps on each arm
Kettlebell One Arm Clean
3 sets of 10 reps on each arm
