So today marks the last day of Gordon Ramsay's recipes, then we are moving on to 2 of my other favorite chefs. I thought this would be a great one with Thanksgiving right around the corner and maybe not have such a boring turkey (even though we smoke ours) lol This recipe is a Roasted Turkey with Lemon, Parsley and Garlic and it serves 8-10. My problem with my knees and why I have alot of pain and trouble exercising is I don't have joint fluid in my knees compounded with degenerative joint disorder and arthritis on my femur bones. I get injections of artificial fluid I jected every month but still have so much trouble doing anything. Just doing go use work some days is very painful. I need a super low impact excercise. The only thing my doctor says is to lose weight and it will be easier. I wasn't overweight before and started gaining weight because of ny inability to exercise properly and now I'm obese with no help from my doctor. I wake up in a lot of pain and usually do not sleep because I'm in so much pain from my daily activities I have to do. Do you have any exercises that do not use the knees that will help build muscle?
