I always like to try and find out of the box exercises for you (us) to do at home, sometimes you just can't get to the gym but that doesn't mean you can't get a workout in. These exercises are simple ones you can do from the comfort of your own home. I don't think you are going to get lean and trimmed off of just doing these alone but with a regular workout routine I really think these will help.
