How to Keep Your Nails Healthy

If you are not a big milk drinker, chances are your nails
aren't very healthy.
Besides taking Vitamin D & Calcium you can also take biotin.
If you don't want to take vitamins or if you want
to do more below is the way to go.

First you want to do an oil soak. You can pick your oil; olive oil,
coconut oil, argan oil, vitamin e oil, tea tree oil and
castor oil are the ones that work well. Pour some oil
into a bowl and soak each hand for 10 minutes.
Make sure every couple of minutes you massage
the oil into your nail beds and cuticles.
If you want to really lock in the moisture, soak your hands
before bed and wear a pair of rubber gloves to bed.

Now how about those cuticles? Mine are always a mess.
You can make a cuticle oil to put on 2-4 times a week.
For this all you need is....

Empty out a Clear fingernail polish, 1T of sweet almond oil, 5 drops of
Vitamin E oil. You can add essential oils but it isn't needed.
Shown above in the picture is Lavender & Rose Geranium.
If you decide to add those just a couple drops each.
