I used to do this all the time when I had a garden.
It’s the easiest meal you will ever make! First pick a protein; fish,
steak, chicken or shrimp. Now check out what
veggies you have that will pair well with your protein.
Grab your veggies, rinse and chop. Sautee your
veggies, while they are cooking start to cook your protein.
Once everything is done mix together with spices
and your choice of a sauce. You can do chinese,
mexican, italian or a good balsamic vinaigrette dressing.
My favorite was always taking chicken with string beans,
cherry tomatoes, zucchini and green peppers.
I always use garlic powder and then whatever other
seasonings I want. I would find a good dressing and cook with that.
The possibilities are endless…. Have fun and enjoy!
