McDonald's was founded in 1940, the Big Mac came
in 1967 and is by far one of the chains biggest popular burgers.
When I was younger I would always get a Big Mac,
now as an adult McDonald's does not agree with my stomach.
When I saw this recipe come across my screen I knew
I had to put it into a blog post. So this is the 3rd "American"
recipe post for this week.
This recipe feeds 1....
What you'll need:
5oz ground beef or turkey
1.4oz shredded cheese
1 dill pickle spear, chopped
2T thousand island dressing
2c shredded lettuce
1/2c diced tomatoes
Mix everything together in a bowl and now you have a healthier,
tastier version of a Big Mac.
