Many people all over the world suffer from arthritis,
there are many forms and many different levels of pain.
These tips can actually help relieve some of the pain and

Rule number 1, stay active! Even though it may hurt to
exercise when you have arthritis it is very important to
keep your muscles and joints moving!!!

Get a massage
(I have done this and it actually helps)
Improve your sleep habits....
Use arthritis friendly gadgets; we have a tens unit
and it is great in the areas that need it, icing and heating
is a great source too.
