We are ending the week of Italian meals with
something I love, chicken alfredo turned into stromboli...yummy!!!
This recipe does serve 4, give it a try and enjoy!
What you'll need:
1 (13.8oz) refrigerated pizza dough
1c four cheese alfredo sauce
1c rotisserie chicken, shredded
1/2c fresh basil leaves
Create:
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees and line a rimmed baking sheet
with parchment paper.
Unroll pizza dough onto a lightly floured surface and press or roll to
form a 12x8" rectangle.
Brush alfredo sauce onto crust within 1" of edges. Top with chicken
and fresh basil leaves. Starting at one long end, roll up to form a
log and pinch edges together to seal. Place seam side down on your pan.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Let stand for 10
minutes before slicing. Serve with chopped fresh basil if desired.
