DIY Nail Growth Serum

You can have your own healthy nails and skip

getting the acrylic. There are so many ways to grow

healthy nails. This recipe is a step in the right direction.

This recipe calls for orange juice. Orange juice improves

the production of collagen which helps your nails to

be healthy and strong along with helping them grow faster.

The oils moisturize and nourish the nails and reduce the breakage.

What you'll need:

1T fresh orange juice

2 tsp grated orange zest

1T olive oil

1T coconut oil

Create:

Finely grate some orange zest and squeeze out some

fresh orange juice. Put both in a small bowl. Add the

olive oil and mix. Warm up a tablespoon of coconut oil,

add to your mixture. Mix everything together well.

Wash your hands and dip your fingertips into the serum.

Let them soak for about 10 minutes. When you are done

wash off the serum and apply a hydrating hand cream.

You can do this everyday or every other day, whatever

works for you.
