I brought a very healthy one today that is perfect for
kids to make for their own school lunch.
This recipe makes 4 servings.
What you'll need:
food prep storage container
2c cooked macaroni
1/2c halved grape tomatoes
1 pitted, peeled & diced avocado
4 cooked, crumbled slices of bacon
4 slices of ham sliced into 1" squares
4 slices of turkey sliced into 1" squares
2 hard boiled eggs, sliced
1/2c cheddar cheese
1/2c ranch dressing
Create:
In a large bowl combine the macaroni, grape tomatoes,
bacon, ham, turkey, egg and cheese. Add the ranch dressing,
toss to combine.
Grab your 4 prep storage containers and divide the salad
between 4 of them. Add healthy sides in the other 2 spots.
