We are almost done with Italian week. I have found another appetizing
recipe that calls for 5 ingredients or less.
This recipe makes 6 servings.
What you'll need:
2lb boneless beef chuck or shoulder roast, trimmed and
cut into 2" cubes
2T hidden valley ranch seasoning
1 (12oz) jar mild banana pepper rings, undrained
6 whole wheat hamburger buns
Create:
Place beef cubes, ranch seasoning and undrained banana pepper rings
in your slow cooker. Cover on high and cook for 4 hours or low for 8
hours until meat is tender and cooked through.
Remove meat from slow cooker and shred. Return to the slow cooker to keep
warm and serve on your hamburger buns.
You could add mozzarella cheese too.
