October Health Tips

I know what you are thinking, are there really health

tips for October? Yes, I have been trying to find new health

tips and I typed in health tips in the google field and it said

September well I am already in October.

There are 4 tips listed, one of them I have already talked

about in a previous post.

Vitamin D helps fight diseases, reduces depression

and helps boost weight loss.

Get your flu shot; now I know there are a lot of people

that don't do this, that is your choice, my whole

house gets theirs.

Order your groceries online; people are already doing this

because of covid but October is the start of all the yucky

stuff that starts floating around. So if you have health

issues to begin with ordering online would be good for you.

The last one listed "take on a new mental challenge".

Research shows that participating in a mental challenging

activity is great for your brain, especially when you are

more likely to start being indoors more. Do a crossword puzzle,

word search, read or even learn a new language.
