have your kids eating healthy too. Here are some tips to

get them in a healthy routine.


Start the day with a healthy breakfast


Let your kids help plan a prepare 1 meal a week


Eat together as a family as often as possible


Teach them to take time eating by chewing slowly 


Eat more fresh veggies and fruits


Eat more whole grains


Drink plenty of fluids


Have them do some simple workouts
