Tis' the season for all things pumpkin!
What do you need to get your protein in and your pumpkin fix?
1c unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1/2c frozen banana, sliced
3T Libby's pumpkin
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1T almond butter
1/8tsp pumpkin spice
1/8tsp ground cinnamon
8 ice cubes
Combine all ingredients in a nutri bullet or blender,
sprinkle the top with a dash of nutmeg if you want.
