Cold and Flu season is coming up, we won't
even mention covid.
Nowadays you can't get an antibiotic unless you have
been sick for at least 7 days. OTC stuff doesn't
always work so you can do these natural remedies
on their own or with other medicine.
Hydration is the number 1 key, water, water and more
water + if need be gatorade.
Vitamin C
Lots of sleep
Honey and tea mix 1/4tsp of cinnamon in it
Chicken soup
Eucalyptus essential oil, in a bath or a nasal diffuser
Gargling warm salt water
Zinc
Vitamin D
