The 21/90 Rule

Let me first start off by saying it is September 11th as
I am making this post. I decided to get ahead of blog posts
to free up time for other things. I will probably continue
doing this as it is great, especially with the winter coming
up it will give me something to do. It takes about an hour to
an hour and a half to do a whole week's posts.

What is the 21/90 Rule? It is building a habit and making

it a permanent lifestyle change. It takes 21 days to make a

habit and 90 days to make it a permanent lifestyle change.

Commit to your goal for 21 days and it will become a habit,

commit to your goal for 90 days and it is now

a permanent lifestyle!

You have by now read my goals on working out and losing

weight and quitting smoking. By the time you are reading

this post I will already be weeks in. How far I can’t

answer that yet. I can’t wait to hit 90 days and

keep going from there.

I encourage you all to try and follow this plan! No matter

what your goals are, work hard and you can do it!

This week I will not be posting workout posts. I need to give

my brain time to recoup and get some good ones put together.

It gets really hard trying to figure out a workout when

you have already done so many. Everyone have a great

week and crush your goals!

***Update to when I first got this post ready, I am slowly working on everything. Fasting is going great, being in the gym not so much.

When I am not in the gym though I am exercising

at home and doing great. I even did my first 5k***
