Christmas Cookie Jello Shots

I love jello and pudding shots! These will be great

for a Christmas party!! The recipe yields 24 shots.

You'll need:

4 envelopes of knox unflavored gelatin

2c water

4-5 large ice cubes

1c bailey's irish cream

1/2c butterscotch schnapps

1/4c triple sec

plastic shot cups with lids

redi whip for topping

Christmas sprinkles for topping

Create:

In a large heavy saucepan, boil the water and then remove

from the heat. Sprinkle the gelatin on top of the water

and let it sit for 2 minutes.

Whisk the gelatin into the water until it dissolves, about 5 minutes.

Add the ice cubes and stir until they melt into the water.

Add the baileys, schnapps and triple sec and whisk to combine.

Pour the mixture into the shot cups, filling them about 3/4 of the way.

Place the cups on a plate of tray and pop into the fridge overnight

to completely set.

Shortly before you are ready to serve, remove the lids and top

with the redi whip and the sprinkles.
