Peppermint Marshmallow Wands

Peppermint is like a go to during Christmas, kinda like

pumpkin spice is the rage during Thanksgiving. Below is an

amazing dessert recipe that you can find at

Disney during the holidays.

What you'll need:

2 12oz jars hot caramel topping

8 large lollipop sticks

24 large marshmallows

1 10oz bag dark melting chocolate

1c crushed peppermints

(about 15 candy canes, crushed)

Create:

Melt caramel in a medium saucepan over medium low heat.

Keep warm, dip one end of each lollipop stick in 1" of water.

Skewer 3 marshmallows onto each stick starting at the wet end.

Dip marshmallows into caramel, gently tapping to remove excess

caramel and place on parchment paper. Cool caramel at room

temp for about 30 minutes or until its set.

Melt dark chocolate in a medium saucepan over low heat, keep warm.

Place crushed peppermint in a shallow bowl. Dip caramel coated

marshmallows into the melted chocolate, gently tapping to

remove excess chocolate.

Gently roll wand in crushed peppermint, place on clean

parchment paper and repeat for each wand. Cool at room temp

for 15 minutes or until chocolate is set.

Making this simmering potpourri is extremely easy! What you'll need: Tangerine or orange peels Cloves Cinnamon sticks or ground cinnamon Vanilla extract Pumpkin pie spice Water Small crockpot, saucepan or tea kettle You can choose how much you want to put in  of what, there really is no magic amount. I normally put  in more of my favorite scents. If using a tea kettle  or a sauce pan keep in mind you will have to keep  adding water to it. If you use a crockpot you  will not have to keep adding water and you can keep  it on even when you're asleep. Some other ideas that you can add are: Apple juice (instead of water) Cranberries Nutmeg Anise (one of my favorites) Dried fruit Coffee beans Have you ever made a simmering potpourri pot?  What do you normal...
