Not only do cashews contain a large array of nutrients
that have been proven to assist with bone health, heart health
and energy levels but it's biggest compound is Phosphatidylserine.
That big word that I can't even pronounce has been proven
in studies to assist with improving memory recall and retention.
They also contain an adequate ration of monounsaturated and
polyunsaturated fatty acids. Those are crucial for maintaining
brain health and assisting in memory and aiding in
reducing inflammation.
I have read a lot of different articles on cashews and I found
the most interesting one was to eat 2-3 cashews on an empty
stomach every morning with a tablespoon of honey which will
increase your brain memory and both are proven well for
other effects on your body.
There is no harm in giving this a try, honestly even if the effects
are not what you were hoping for you are definitely doing
good things to your body and mind.
