Ring Pop Mocktails

These will be so much fun for the kids to drink for New Years Eve.

This recipe makes 1 drink.

What you'll need:

plain seltzer

ring pop

any type of fruit for garnish

plastic champagne flutes

party toothpicks

honey and colored sugar for rimming the glass

twisty straws

Create:

Pour a few tablespoons of honey into a small dish.

In another dish pour a few tablespoons of colored sugar.

Dip the rim of the glass in the honey dish then immediately

into the sugar. Swirl the glass around a bit to make sure the

rim is covered. Stand upright and allow to dry

for a minute or two.

Fill the glass about 2/3 of the way with seltzer.

Drop in a ring pop, let it steep for a while to let the ring pop

dissolve into the seltzer. The seltzer should start turning

the color of the ring pop and will take on the flavor.

Slide your fruit onto one of the party toothpicks. Place it into

the glass and add a twisty straw and garnish the stem of the

glass with another ring pop.
