This recipe makes 36 servings.

What you'll need:

1lb sausage (hot or mild)

12oz shredded sharp cheddar cheese

2c bisquick

1tsp poultry seasoning

Create:

Gather all your ingredients and preheat the oven to 400 degrees.

Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil or parchment paper.

In a mixing bowl combine the sausage and shredded cheese

with the bisquick. Blend with your hands until well mixed.

Add the poultry seasoning and mix it around again. Shape the

mixture into 1" balls and arrange them on the prepared baking sheet.
