so here is a great 7 minute workout you can do
every day right from your home.
Sit-ups as many as you can in 1 minute
High knees as many as you can in 1 minute
Push-ups as many as you can in 1 minute
Jumping jacks as many as you can in 1 minute
Lunges as many as you can in 1 minute
Plank, hold for 1 minute
Squats as many as you can in 1 minute
Your workout is now done.
