It
is getting hard to keep coming up with different workout posts, there
is only so much you can do from home...lol....I am going to try to
keep bringing different ones to you though every day as much as I
can!
Today
I have another circuit workout but it's definitely different then
previous ones.
You
are going to do 3 sets of each workout with a 20 second rest between
each set and each workout....here we go....

triceps dips (use a chair or coffee table)
