BCAA'S are branched chain
amino acids. It is a total of 3
essential amino acids:
leucine, isoleucine and valine.
These should be taken in order
to boost muscle growth.
It also helps with weight loss and
reduces fatigue after exercise.
BCAA'S are considered essential
because unlike non-essential
amino acids, your body can't
make them. So you have to get
them from your "diet".
They are very important to take
in before and after a workout.
If you are doing fasting, it will
break your fast but you burn
through them so quickly that
you can still consider your
fast a "clean fast".

kind that I like. You don't have
to buy this kind BUT you do
have to watch for what all is
in the kind you buy. You don't
want additives that your body
doesn't need.
