So you are fasting...what are the
best ways to break your fast?
First you want to make sure
you are staying well hydrated
during and after your fast!
Make your first meal with
some veggies and protein or
some veggies, fruit and nuts.
Keep your first part of protein
source to fish or poultry.
You can actually get diarrhea
or loose stools, gas pains and
bloating when you are doing
a fast and go to break it.
So keeping it simple and healthy
is the best way to break a fast.
If you are having "hunger" pains
while fasting, keep drinking
your water. It also helps to
suck on some pink himalayam
salt.
I am still new to fasting myself
so I keep getting as much
information as I can and passing it
on.
