Dear Diary...
Just in case you have not read it on the blog, I am planning on having weight loss surgery! I am so close to having a surgery date I can taste it! I have a goal though, I want to be in onederland! I haven't been there in years! So my goal is to be there before my surgery date, which means I need to lose 24lbs.
I am frustrated though because the tendinitis in my left food is really bad anytime I start exercising and I really want to step it up! I go to the gym & I do the tire boot camp at my house. I am watching my calories and measuring everything I eat.
For me though this is a test, I know I shouldn't look at all the pounds in a short amount of time because everyone looses differently, but this is something that is really stuck in me, I don't want to give up this goal!
Today I did the exercise bike again because I couldn't do the elliptical yet, I wanted to go 40 minutes but it cut me off at 33, that's okay though because I did over 6 miles, I was pretty proud. I then went and treaded water for a half hour. I feel good, except for my foot! So we will see....
